Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
 - 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
 - 1 tbsp red onion
 - 1 tbsp celery chopped finely
 - 1 can solid white tuna
 - dash salt & pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Scoop out the flesh of ½ an avocado and place in a bowl
 - Add chopped onion, celery, lemon juice (about ½ tbsp), and seasonings and mix well
 - Drain tuna, add to bowl, and mix again
 - Place on Ezekiel bread, on top of a salad, or use to stuff a pepper
 - Optional: add other veggies (carrots, cucumber, peppers)
 - Enjoy!
